Description
We are a modern craft brewery and tap room founded in 2014 in Rivington. Focusing on innovative modern styles, while drawing inspiration from the past.

Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

Can from Preston Market. Pours hazy to murky yellow to orange with a thick white head. Aromas of grapefruit, peach, light coconut. Taste is more of the same, coconut stronger as it warms. Light bitter finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, thin and short lived off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts but a reasonable creamy sweetness. Light pine and a very light hop spice. A candyish hop fruit profile, not like HBC630 but, a tad opal fruits. Light finish. A pleasant light affair.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied pale malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a refreshing cooling pine and light hop spice. A bright but jumbled hop fruit array, some lemony citrus and light candyish tropical fruits, whisper of berries. Mild hop spice on the light and semi dry finish. A grower. If each hop had stood out clearer, this would have been top division.
