Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet and bitter. More like a Pale Ale than a Kรถlsch as I know it.

Cask at the Bag of Nails, Bristol on 13th May 2026. Crystal clear copper with shallow foam and spot lacing. Inviting malt aroma. Bitter grassiness and tangy citrus in-mouth and a resounding bitter finish smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body. Superb.
