We see beer as having a place in restaurants and at the dinner table as a serious alternative to wine, a passion spearheaded by Antony, who is our head brewer and a Certified Cicerone. We aim to support our products with information, education and food pairing advice. We partner with other food producers to encourage people to see beer with fresh eyes.

A 500ml bottle brought from Frome's monthly Sunday market. This is a farmhouse saison rather than the style listed here. A very good one too, pours amber with a white head, slightly sour with earth, herbs & citrus. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 2026

A 500ml bottle, one of a set brought from Frome's monthly Sunday market earlier this year. A very good rye ale.

Cask handpull at Barley Mow Bristol. Clear gold amber colour thin head. Some English bitter character. Not such good carbonation. Some citrus fruits. OK.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O'Nails, Bristol 20/10/2024. Hazy gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Floral hops, some prickly lychee and stone fruits, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.

440ml can at Woolley Grange, Bradford-on-Avon on 22nd July 2023. Pours slightly hazy amber with shallow, but lasting off-white foam and scant lacing. Zesty citrus peel and caramel malt aroma. Grapefruit citrus in-mouth, and a finish of citrus peel and grapefruit juice. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.
