Description
Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, we aim to brew flavoursome beers in a broad range of styles.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Dry malts, moderately sweet. Trace of toffee. Generic tangy fruits with touches of marmalade and orange peel. Not bad.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Sulphur notes. Light dry pale malts. Dry citrus. Little peel and pith. Okay.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Light chestnut brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is earthy hop, biscuit, spice, brown bread. Taste comprises brown bread, toffee, fruit esters, biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with an astringent bitter smack. Decent enough for style.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is lemon rind, straw, bread dough, hint of tangerine. Taste comprises lemon sherbt, toasted grains, straw, light bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying with a subltle hop spike. Ok but not a lot going on here.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Pale golden to yellow with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is citric sherbets, floral twinge, refresher sweets, straw, light bread, melon. Taste comprises lemon sherbet, straw, crackers, vanilla, a little green, light mineral dance. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sessioner but down the pecking order for the style.
