Just..... a really standard IPA. Clear, golden, white top, some citrus, bitter hop, crisp and clean. Fine.

Dark clear ruby beer, off-white head. Smell and taste are both dominated by fruit and malt. Apple in particular. It’s unremarkable but decent and sessionable and the first cask I found in Douglas (Isle of Man) that wasn’t a golden ale.

Clear golden. White head. Very little aroma, slightly malty. Taste is malty fruit, some citrus, bitter hop. Not the tastiest but it does build up as you get through it.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear brown color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, brown malts, malt bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Hmm ok beer, but it doesn’t strike me as a stout but more like a porter or dark mild or something.

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is toasted, earthy roasted malt, umami, saltiness and some wood. The taste is toasted malt, bitter - sweet, liquorice, roast, burnt fruit cake, treacle and berry skin with a dry toasted finish. Medium body and fine, soft carbonation. Finishes a bit dry perhaps, but overall its not bad.

Cask gravity at Ealing BF, 6th July 2016. Pours amber brown that is thin but does stick around. Aroma is a strong straw and dung, taste is malt, grass and caramel. Not my favourite mild but decent enough.
