Poured from bottle dated 3/4/16 clear copper pour with a nice two finger white head. Aromas of pine tangerine and mild floral notes. Taste is slightly sweet with notes of tangerine citrus malt and a balanced hop finish.

32 oz. growler from the brewery. Slightly hazy straw color. Aroma is nice classic Cascade and Centennial, mild pine, mild herbal tones. Fresh
Once I take a sip the word fresh comes to mind again. It has a pleasant pine, with a very mild citrus in the background. Weak notes of floral hops. Very classic feel and flavor to it. Body is medium with a dry texture. I split this 2 ways but my friend only had about 9 oz. I killed the rest of the growler very easily.

Poured from 22 oz bottle golden orange pour with a 2 finger long lasting white head. Aromas of apricot nuts and pale grains. Taste is creamy with a nice balance of fruit and hop and a slight bitterness in the finish.

Bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer, thanks Brian. Aroma is chocolate, mild rum barrel, sugar.
Flavor is a nice base RIS that Pete brews with the rum barrel showing in a mild lingering spicy hint. Very light notes of sugar. The mouthfeel could be fuller but still.... Top notch and the barrel actually enhanced the stout. It really isn’t easy to have rum enhance a stout, this pulls it off. Nice stuff.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer brownish black pour with a thin beige head. Aromas of chocolate rum and coffee. Taste is all rum chocolate and hints of vanilla. Wow.

500ML Bottle, Thanks WillRun
A - Black as night but with a slight amber color right at the edge. 1 finger head that faded quickly. seems light on the carb
S - Smells great. it’s night and day different from the bourbon version. Aroma is a bit sweeter, lighter on the booze, cocoa and coffee bean.
T - mmm this is nice. you certainly get a lot of rum here. it almost coats the tongue and lingers for a very long time. cocoa is pretty intense and booze is up to 11. you taste every percent of the 10% ale. lingering sugar cane. up front, espresso bean but fleets fast
M - Thin, oily, not a lot of cab here
O - Very good. I think I prefer the bourbon version slightly.

500ML shared by AFH at fridge temp- a nice yellowish golden color with a bit of haze. This smells really great. Juicy, bright, really orange-citrus forward. Really exceptional aroma. The piney-resin-bitterness is at 11. yet the malt bill is very weak. If you want a lot of tropical / piney hop taste, this might be pretty damn good but honestly, it has this intensity that is beyond a session ale. The mouthfeel though, well done. good job, guys!

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops light lemon pour with a nice thin white head. Aromas of grass pineapple and grapefruit. Taste is crisp and tart with toasted grain and a nice light malt feel.

Pours clear pale gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Caramel, yeast and tropical fruit aromas. Soft with yeast and grapefruit front to back turning to dry pith in the lasting finish.
