The Brewery was established by three longstanding residents of Muswell Hill itself, with Martdude, Pistol Pete, and Bob having lived in Muswell Hill for a combined total of 52 years.

Every single batch of beer craft beer that we make, we use organic hops, grown in Muswell Hill itself. All of our beers are 100% vegan.

Fra fat på Muswell Hillbilly Taproom, sammen med Stephen: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Svak aroma og dessverre like uinspirerende smak av lys malt og litt humle. Svakt citruspreg i avslutningen.

Bottle on 25th March 2025, received as gift. Pours a hazy gold with any foam diminishing to zero without lacing. Sweet fruity aroma. Grassy hoppiness in-mouth with some mild nutty malt notes. A plain, grassy finish. Medium bodied with an engaging mouthfeel.

Bottle on 16th November 2024, received as gift. Pours a thickly hazy amber with almost no foam or lace. Malty aroma with pungent, cheesy yeasts. Leafy hoppiness and caramel maltiness in-mouth. Leafy hops and citrusy notes in a rounded finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle on 10th November 2024, received as birthday gift. Pours an opaquely hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Tangy fruits dominate the aroma. Fruity in-mouth, and a finish of citrus both sharp and pithy. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Fra fat på Muswell Hillbilly Taproom, sammen med Steve: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Gress, karamell, granskudd, urter og hint av vanilje. Skled sorgløst over drøvelen før vi satte oss i bevegelse mot Methuen Park.

Fra fat på Muswell Hillbilly taproom, med Steven: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Pilsnermalt, noe skogaktig og hint av gjær. Lett å helle innpå i sommervarmen, men like lett å glemme.
