ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hay - straw, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops - dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt - light honey, dry, hay - grass, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180728]

Keg at LBA. It pours cloudy orange - amber with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, tangy candied orange peel, brown bread, brioche, bit of spice and fruit cake. The taste is dry, bitter, spiced, brown bread, spice, leather, tannin, toasted nut and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit drying and chewy.

Keg at LBA. It pours clear pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is grassy, floral, doughy bread, straw, cracker and soda water. The taste is firmly dry, soda water, doughy white bread, cracker, straw, grass and floral notes with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A run of the mill lagerbier.

Keg at the great northern railway tavern. A hazed dull gold coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is subdued, earthy grains, nuts, rustic grassy hops. Flavour is composed of toasted peanuts, grassy hop, silage, semi sweet earthy Base malts,. Palate is semi sweet, grains, grain husks, moderate carbonation. Ok. But rough round the edges.

Keg at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Cloudy amber pour with a white head. Nose of lemon zest, bitter herb. Lemon sherbet; more bitter herb in the flavour. Not too bad.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A light hazed dull orange coloured pour with a fine off white head . Aroma is buttered baguette, pale bready malts little grassy. Flavour is composed of bitter grassy hop silage, little diacetyl, buttered bread,. Palate is chalky, highish carbonation, bitter grassy finish.

Bottleshop. Keg. Almost clear, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent fine carbonation. Grainy malts, some mild sweetness. Bitterish marmalade and orange peel. Dry finish. Bit grainy.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Doughy biscuits in the nose, hints of lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with more doughy pale bread, cereal, a little butter, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, some grassy bitterness, crispy steal. Decent.
