Our HQ is based in the countryside of Northamptonshire where we have 600l system, counter pressure canning machine, laboratory, barrel ageing program & cold store.
In 2020, we expanded into The Outpost, a new brewery with taproom on the Bermondsey beer mile.
Three Hills entered liquidation in May 2025.

Keg at BD Soho, 18/10/18. Murky red with a decent crimson covering. Nose is tangy berry crumble, grains, blackberries, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises sweet biscuit crumbs, rwd grape twang, bramble berries, vanila, blackcurrant. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with background hop presence. Ok.

Can split at CBC Covborn, thanks to Daniel, 10/10/18. Dirty shit water brown with an off white covering. Nose is tangy citric peel, hint of Worcester sauce, bitter orange, light spice. Taste comprises bitter sweet tropical fruits, bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. A little muddled and low end for the style ... Worcester xauce nose on a DIPA !?!

Keg at Brewdog shepherds Bush for the collabfest 2018. A clouded purple plum coloured pour with a a halo of pink head. Aroma is weird, milky sour bile, cherry,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet lactose, milky wheat grains, spicy woody cherry, sandalwood. Palate is light tart, full, milky, highish carbonation. Unusual.

Can shared in London - cheers to Osprey. Pours murky golden-brown with a creamy topping - looks pretty poor. Fairly dank and sweet, lots of bruised tropical fruits, bread, low bitterness, orange. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more oily hops, ripe tropical fruits. So so.

10th October 2018 Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Hazy dirtyish gold beer, small cream colour head. Smooth light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Sweet malts, little cream. Ripe and slightly resinous citric fruits. Mild peel. Mild pine. Soft finish. Rich and soft, quite a rounded dipa. 3.7

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light clean palate, nice light creamy malts. Bright fresh orange, tangerine and a touch of lemon. Slightly tangy mango on the finish. Mild sweet pink grapefruit. Cool fresh pine runs throughout. Wow - this looks and tastes like a different beer compared to the last can. Bright and drinkable. Very drinkable!!
