Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft wheat, tangerine, juicy fruit, tangy citrus, powdered citrus. Palate is crisp, light chalky, highish carbonation. Ok.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A mostly clear brushed gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is soft waxy crayon, wheat, mellow saison yeast, grass,. Thin. Flavour is composed of waxy, green apple, wheat. Crayon, some clove spice. Palate is semi crisp, fine carbonation, little thin. Lackluster.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A light hazed pale gold yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is soft tangerine, bready grains, midget gems, white grape, light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet spritzy opal fruits, tangerine, orange rind, powdery, light chalk. Palate is crisp, light, chalky, spritzy carbonation. Meh, passable.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A jet black brown coloured pour with a lasting creamy tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, lactose. Milky roast, mellow coffee, brown sugars,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty roast, creamy coffee, mellow bitter roast, lactose sweetness, light tang, blackberry. Palate is semi sweet, rounded mellow carbonation. Little thin.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A hazed mid orange coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, soft wheat candied orange, green hop, some hockey puck, mango. Flavour is composed of rounded juicy orange, mango, creamy rounded wheat, fizzy orange sweet, Fanta. Palate is semi sweet, jammy orange, wheat, juicy fruit. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Tap at the brewery arch. A clear pale golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice fresh hop, leafy grassy hop, fresh, clean pils grains, herbal note. Flavour is composed semi crisp, light grains, pilsner. Green fresh grassy hop, herbal notes. Palate is super crisp, light, highish carbonation. Very crushable.

330ml can via Beer52. Poured into my Gordons thistle shaped glass at home, late on 2nd December 2025 (my 72nd Birthday), last beer of the day. Black with a beige top. Toffee/caramel and liquorice like aroma and taste. Good end of the festivities.

Keg at the tap. Aroma has coffee and sweet sugariness. Dark brown. Foamy tan head. Suprisinly sweet with tangy berries. Develops creamy coffee. Too cold perhaps. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice but somehow muted (cold).
