Cask at the Front Falmouth. It pours clear rich gold with no head. The nose is rich, bitter - sweet, oily, apple pie, honey, dull earthy funk and apple skin. The taste is slick, oily, slightly drying, apple skin, earth, boosty apple juice, tangy fruits, honeyed apple, must and leather with a dry finish. Medium body and oily mouth - fell. Nice balance of sweet, tangy and dry. Drinks easy.

Bag in a Box @ Stable, Falmouth. Pours a vivid red. Creamy rhubarb and vanilla custard aroma. Continues to the taste with a sweet & fruity character and a tangy finish. No real apples to speak of, but still a fun, interesting cider.

500ml bottle from John’s Beer & Wine, St Ives. Pours clear gold with a nice sparkle. Aroma is fresh and sweet. Taste is very accessible & light with a rich golden juiciness. Some dryness or tannins would’ve been welcome but then I guess that’s not what this cider’s about. Decent.

500ml bottle from John’s Beer & Wine, St Ives. Pours clear gold with very light ’fresh apple juice’ aroma. Taste is light, fresh & easy-going. Definitely in the accessible cider camp with the nice rounded edge of the Dabinett adding a nice golden glow. Not bad.
