From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is grapefruity and solid hoppy. Bitter, fruity, crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black. Small brown head. Aroma is wineous and dark roasted malt. Thick malty. Deep fruity to wineous. Lingering fruity and roasted dark malty into a rich and filling finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a murky, opaque dark brown with a beige head. Distinct Bourbon aroma with some mushy dark, dried fruits underneath - prunes come to mind. Solid body, lowish carbonation, very boozy, again pruney, woody, some tannins with a late bitterness. It's a bit rough around the edges to say the least, but not too bad. 010419

330ml bottle, from trade with desverger, thanks Reubs. Pours black. Vanilla, chocolate, coffee, soft fruity coffee, vanilla bourbon oak stuff, red fruit, plum. Good body. Very restrained for the strange.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy amber beer with a huge good lasting off white head. Aroma of red malt, resinous hops, spruce. Taste of resinous bitter hops, pine, caramel, raisins, long bitter finish.

375ml bottle at Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pitch black with minimum brown foam, fine. Aroma is rich of coffee, dates, vanilla, licorice. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter and roasty. Finish is long and bitter.
