The Brand was purchased by Brands Reunited in 2016, which then changed it's name to Watneys.
Beers are brewed again in London.

Can from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with attractive lacing. Nose - creamy orange maybe. Taste - fresh orange and light biscuit. Palate - light bodied with a dry crunchy middle and finish. Overall - not bad at all.

From cask at Perseverance, Bloomsbury, London, on tour to 22 southern counties with OGJ and EE 08.01.19. Clear dark golden. Fine beige head and lacing. Aroma of pale malt, marmalade, biscuits and yeast. Round, but slightly waterish, mouthfeel. Good quaffability.

Cask at Draft House Seething, 10/10/18. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white head. Nose is twiggy, pale malts, grains, bread dough. Taste comprises dusty fruits, straw, grains, faint orange juice, crackers. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not great.
