Bottle from Piwne Mostly at home 15/12/2023 Hmm not very hazy here, almost clear golden pour with a small white bubbly head, resinous hoppy fruity notes, pine needles, medium to light body, resinous bitter hoppy close.

Merci à Marek pour m'avoir permis de mieux connaître les bières polonaises. Cet Imperial Stout n'est toutefois pas un réel succès avec une acidité très présente qui vient le gâcher. En verre nous sommes sur un marron foncé avec peu d'effervescence et quasiment sans mousse. Le nez qui n'est pas très développé est toutefois appréciable autour du chocolat, caramel et café. En bouche par contre, une acidité très marquée vient gâcher la fête. L'alcool à 10 % ne se ressent absolument pas. Au final, un imperial stout pas très agréable et qui est à éviter.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden. Grassy hops, crisp malts, citrus zest, a hint of wheat. Light sweet, medium bitter. Crisp medium body. Lovely hoppy pils, lovin it!

Goździki z kolendra, banan w tle, jakieś owoce które ciężko mi zdiagnozować - czerwone, leśne? kwaskowe. Barwa ciemniejszego złota, mętne, piana redukuje się do niskiej, ładny lacing. Goryczka niska, ziołowa. Weizen z twistem. Dobre i ciekawe.

Bottle, 5.8%. Roasted aroma, hint of salty liquorice. Black colour. Fizzy dark brown head, but fairly stable. The flavour is ashy with salt liquorice at first, and then raw liquorice in the finish. Hard and bubbly carbonation. Good, clean coffee aftertaste.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie fenole, owoce, kwiaty. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo nut kwiatowych, żółte owoce, fenole, lekkie estry. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało dość lekkie. Taki trochę saison, całkiem udany.

Bottle, 5.8%. Mild and pleasant aroma of cocoa powder and milk chocolate. Black colour. Good stable dark brown head. The flavour has a mild milk chocolate note. Late bitterness, more like hop bitterness than dark chocolate bitterness. It is not that the carbonation is high, but it is as if it scratches my mouth a bit. I would have liked more mellow carbonation. Not a powerful beer, but mild and well-balanced.
