Handbottle.Hazy medium matt grey orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, flour apple, alcohol, acetone - vinegar. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, acetone. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20110416]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours unclear golden with bubbles on top. Nose is acidic and tart. Extremely sweet and alcoholic. Flavor is honey and apples. Sweet . . cloying. Low carbonation. Flavor is a lot better than nose.

Handbottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Elisabeth. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with no head. Heavy acetone aroma. Very sweet body, completely flat excessively sweet and sugary with these acetic notes. Quite some alcohol burn in the finish. The apple notes are pretty much buried underneath the sugar. A bit much. 160411

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. It’s an unclear, orangey cider, oily and flat. The aroma has sugar, raisins, acetone and some apples. The flavor is sweet and more sweet, with lots of alcohol. Raisiny notes too, green raisins that is. Warming and full-bodied, with less apples than expected. Not bad, but too warming. Lowering it a few percent in ABV would be a nice idea I think. 110416

Bottle. Red amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is spices, sugar, alcohol, malt. Flavour is sugar, spices, alcohol, cinnemon, malt, caramel. Full bodied nice beer.
