Bottle 70 cl. Pours cloudy golden with no head. Very sweet aroma, lots of oranges. Solid body. sticky, sticky sweetness - almost like Grand Marnier. Discreet carbonation. For deserts only - don’t consider this a beer!. Yet delicious. 130211

From tap at Valhal. Pours dark brown to black with a small white to tan head. Aroma is mild fruity and roasted. Sweet, caramelish and mild fruity. Lingering sweet and caramelish finish.

From tap. Pours murky red brown with a no head. Aroma is spiced and sweet, and citric. Sugarish sweet, spiced and caramelish. Raisins andcinnomon to cloves and cardemomme. Sweet finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of coriander, wheat, and lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and coriander as well as lighter notes of lemon.

cloudy yellow , large white bubbly not very long lasting head. strong aroma of flowers, hops ,bitter exotic hops , grass. flavor is herbal, pine, hops , faint malty balance, lots of flavor for a 5.5% beer. a bit untraditional but well tasting. i did not really catch much wheat beer flavors.

Bottle. A clear, brown beer with a small, beige head. Lacings. Malty, bready aroma with toffee and dried dark fruits. Sweet, malty flavor with toffee and dried fruits, as well as a fine bitterness and some notes of spices. Ful body. Slightly metallic in the very end. Toffee, dried fruits and a pleasant blend of bitterness and sweetness too. I can’t detect the vanilla in this one, and the orange peel isn’t very pronounced either. Not that it matters I think. A quite nice beer anyway. 110108

Black with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with caramel and a roasted note. Malty flavour with licorice and a pretty good bitterness

Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Strong elderflower aroma with some orange peel. Sweet and plain elderflower dominated flavour with some grassy hops in the finish
