500ml bottle from Brooke's. Richmond. Hazy golden colour, no head and sweet apple aroma. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, with alittle light tartness. Medium bodied, low carbnonation, semi-sweet finish. OK, just abit too sweet for me.

500ml bottle from Brooke's, Richmond. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear. Taste is sweet, fruity pear with biscuity, wet cardboard oxidied notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry finish with biscuit, carboardy oxidation. OK

500ml bottle from Brooke's, Richmond. 6%, Batch #2. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, no head and fruity green apple aroma. Taste is slightly tart, green apple, fruity, some apple core, hint of caramel, and some fleshy sweetness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry citric finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are green apples, little sulphur, fruits and has a sweet finish.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear, pale yellow, small white head. Aroma has apples, light notes of funk. Watery apple flavour. Light funk, some apple skin bitterness.

Bottle Batch #4, 6%. Clear pale yellow with tiny head. Aroma is apples, fruit, apple peel and a little sulphur. Flavour is apples, apple fruit, medium sweet, little sulphur and a little dry.
