Pours hazy golden, not as clear as it out to be. Some crispness, honey. Can shared at tasting.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, 7/18/23. Very dark brown. Albeit not the best light in here but I can't see through it. Large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of cherry, roast, toffee, hint of vanilla. Taste is toffee, caramel, treacle, molasses, earth, cherry. Dare I say full bodied? Some carb. This is a damn fine lager.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, 7/1/23. Gold, slight haze, large white head, average retention. Aroma of bready, doughy malt, mild citrus. Taste is bready malt, orange, lemon, earth, green notes. Well balanced. Could be crisper. Moderate lingering bitter. Solid.

Draft at TCB Downtown. Near black pour, razor thin ring of beige head, still. Aroma is a near perfect blend of roasty malts and chocolate, sweet, light booziness. Taste is sweet, malty, roasty, dark chocolate, creamy, heavy. Booze dances around, you know it's there, but it never steps out in front. Pretty luscious.

10oz pour at TCB Downtown. Hazy orange golden pour, paper thin head, rings of lacing. Aroma is citrusy, floral. Taste brings full citrus peel astringency, light fruity flavors and a zesty bitterness that stays in the palate. Superb?

Bottle, shared by ajax25g. Poured a hazy, yellow with a wispy white head. Really delicious fruit aroma. Big grape. Tart, vinous. Lemon zest. Very nice carbonation.

12oz can pours a almost clear gold with some clingy white head. Nose has oak, sausage, corn, some smoked whitefish. Flavor is very woody and very very sausagey. Corn and grain. Finishes fairly full bodied for 6%. Interesting. It's hefty. 6 3 6 4 13

50cl bottle pours a murky gold with a ring of white head. Interesting nose, it's doughy but there is also lemon juice and buttery barrel, some acetic bite. Flavor has grain and dough, lemon and peppery, some neutral barrel. Finishes a little poopy, medium bodied and peppery.
