440ml can at Chez Sophie. Pours murky milky yellow with a short lived white head. Good vibrant nose with pineapple and grapefruit citrus. Hugely hoppy to taste, surprisingly so actually, almost veers towards being harsh but errs more towards the crisp side. Very fruity, crisp, clear sharp.. Nice intro to this brewery.

Smell of pineapple, spruce. Muddy lemon colour, white head. Aroma of earth, mold, pineapple, hops. Bitter. Dry palate. Quite off.

Pours very hazy, ceamy, lactic'lookin yellow. Medium sized, low stability white foam. Smell is hops, very pure and strong, dank and grassy, totally overpowering all other aspects. Taste is sharp, intense hops, mild hopburn ending. Fruityness is there, but don't rule this game. mildly tropical. Malty base shows in the body, but doesn't stand up to the power of the dank, grassy hops. Yeast aspects are silenced, but create a certain fruity touch by themselves. I kept this one a few weeks since others in the series had terrible hopburn. This one, at this given time, is better, but still not a liquid dream to me. Might need more balance, and more fruityness.
