Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, spicy, coriander, citrus, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, witbier yeast, bubble gum, wheat, sweet malt, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181130] 5-3-6-3-11

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Black pour with some beige foam. Roasty nose, bit of chocolate. Tastes light, roast and touch of cocoa. Simple and a tad tart. Definitely drinkable.

Draught @ the iold city location. Reddish dark amber with large foamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste, thin body, medium bitter dry finish. Nice ESB.

Draught @ the old city location. Slightly cloudy dark golden yellow with small foamy off-white head, very faint piney aroma, low carbonation, bitter hoppy taste, somewhat thick body, long bitter finish. Tastes more like an ESB than a pale.

Draught @ the old city location. Clear dark brown with reddish tint, medium foamy beige head, very faint roasted malt aroma, high carbonation, bitter mocha taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Quite a nice brew.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with a surprising kick of floral and citrusy hops, light grapefruit notes, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with floral hops, pink grapefruit pulp, lingering bitterness, probably challenging for locals. On tap at brewery.
