Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours almost clear brownish amber with a medium head and a satisfactory retention. Aroma is mostly pine and forest floor, with some citric and tropical fruit aromas behind. Body is light, a bit thin, but quite punchingly bitter. Some malt sweetness hiding beneath that, but still feels more like a SIPA than an APA. Light resin flavours, caramel. Palate lingers on bitterness, far back on the gums. Okay.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours cloudy yellow with a big head and little retention. Aroma is tropical fruit, citric fruit, orange, mango, passion fruit. Body is light, with a strong lively carbonation, quite sweet but mostly fruity, once the carbonation allows for any sort of flavour to come out. Rather dry palate, but still fruity. A good session ale!

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2018, merci Yann. Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme offre de belles notes de houblons, restant plus dans une impression côté ouest US; résineux avec des pointes tropicales. Malt cara pâle un peu plus en retrait. Palais est chargé en grains avec une belle rondeur, surement l’avoine. Le tout éclipsé par un brillant usage des houblons; c-hops? et Ctz tirant sur le résineux, et petit rappel de poudre d’oignons et accompagné d’une pointe de mangue. Fini sec - crisp, pâle et pils avec un effet huileux des alphas houblonné. Petite percée des malts sur la fin.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours hazy yellow with a big head. Aroma is citric, soapy, tropical fruit. Body is medium, fruity, but rather undefined. Crisp carbonation. Long fruity palate. Good.
