3/8/2022. Cask at GBBF 2022, day 2. Pours Pours almost clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, orange, biscuit, grapefruit. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily and watery, soft carbonation. Didn’t enjoy this so much.

Cask at gbbf 2022 day 1. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, floral. Cheese hop, pine, bit odd.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sticky orange, resinous pine, Douglas fir, sticky resin, weed. Palate is semi sweet Sticky pine, resinous, moderate carbonation. Good. Firm bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 1/24/22. Clear gold, medium creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine. Pale malt. Taste is dank, green hops, pale malt. Lingering bitterness, decent balance.

Cask at the brewery, 1/24/22. The Pub Ale with Earl Grey tea (and I believe some white sugar). Hazy orange, medium frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of sweet caramel, tea. Taste is sweet caramel, sweet tea, hops. A bit too sweet. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 1/24/22. Slightly hazy dark amber, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong coffee and caramel. Taste is strong coffee, faint hint of caramel. The coffee totally dominates.
