Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange peel, brown bread, biscuit, caramel. Taste comprises toffee, light floral hop, toasted grains, candied fruit peel, brown bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Ok for the style.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A hazed brunt orange amber coloured pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is perfume, orange, strawberry, candy floss. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apricot jam, cough syrup. Bit wirtd. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, wood, moderate carbonation. Meh. But wwird.,

[ As Sidetrack Duke of Earl ].
ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium yellow - orange amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, toffee, candy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, candy, sweet malt, toffee, caramel, candied fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

Cask at GBBF 2018. It pours clear deep. Amber with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, oily, tangy, orange marmalade, herbal, jaggermeister, green and tangy. The taste is dry, tangy, earthy, oily, orange, apricot jammy, medicinal, herbal, spicy and booze with a slick, herbal finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Odd herbal vibes.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this gold - amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Good condition. Light malts, sweetish. Candy fruits. Little citric peel. Mild tangerine. Light and mildly crisp finish. Curious beer, hard to place style wise but pleasant all the same.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white covering that clears to spotting in time, Nose is floral hop, honey dollop, melon, sweet malts, mandarin. Taste comprises bread dough, orange pith, melon, sweet malts, lemon rind, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Sippable number but sub par for the style.

Draft at New Mexico Beer Fest. Clear golden color white head. Biscuity and peppery aroma. Taste is baking biscuits, peppery caramel. Very tasty.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Dry malts, some creamy sweetness. Dry floralness. Dry orange peel. Little hop spice. Trace of apple. Light semi dry finish, It’s okay but hardly a stunner.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of orange fruits, citrus, spruce. Taste of orange fruits, zest, grapefruit, long bitter finish, okay.
