GBBF Day 3. Cask. Clear amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Light palate, very light for the abv. Reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, a litte caramel - toffee. Mild vanilla. Light fruity bourbon, very fruity, dried fruits, ripe fruits. Light finish. Nice. Good sipper.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2018. Clear dark amber colour sweet aroma. A bit woody in mouth. Some candied crystallised fruit. Some age oxidisation.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Almost clear amber with a decent light beige head. Nose is sweet malts, caramel, biscuit, light hop load. Taste comprises fruit loaf, toffee, dried fruits, brown bread, melted brown sugar, light spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Lacks a touch of depth but an Ok sipper.

Cask at GBBF'16, day two, 10/08/16. Genuine Scottish Beer ... I can tell by the name ... probably brewed on the banks of the Clyde by brewmaster Nessie then flown in fresh to the States! Mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, biscuit, brown bread. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, dried fruits, light spice, dates, fruit slice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Fine for style.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light dry creamy malts. Decent dried fruits and spicy bitter floralness. Light red berries. Dry and bitter spicy finish. Tasty if a little aggressive.

Cask gravity GBBF 2017. Dark clear brown colour lasting beige head. not much condition. Syrupy but pepper hop finish . Balanced syrupy American strong malty thing going on. Yes. I mean a bomber of this would get you drunk. Likeable though .

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A light hazed amber brown coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is nutty jammy fruit, strawberry,. Little liquorice. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, liquorice, nutty, fruit cake,. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation.,

Cask at GBBF. It pours hazy reddish brown with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, toasty grain, caramel, toffee, cereal, dried fruits, perfumed and toasted brown sugar. The taste is bitter, woody, resin, leather, black tea, tannin, caramel, toffee and burnt fruit cake with a drying and woody finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not bad.
