GBBF Day 1. Cask. Cloudy amber - orange beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry and has decent fine carbonation. Nice tangy strawberry contrasts nice with a mild savoury salty vibe. Tangy lemon. Mild basil on the light dry finish. A tasty and fun little gose.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2017. It pours hazy – turbid golden – orange with a small white head. The aroma is fragrant, herbals, tangy, strawberry, jammy fruits, sherbet and saltiness. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, strawberry, sherbet, jammy fruits and some saltiness with a dry and tangy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun. Nice sour candy vibe to it.
