About
Golden Triangle have been brewing modern well hopped ales for Norwich and Norfolk since 2011. Our beers can be found in the finest real ale pubs in Norwich and surrounding areas as well as at major CAMRA beer festivals such as GBBF, Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich and of course the City of Ale.
Commenced brewing in Spring 2011. Beers initially brewed at Ufford. Commenced brewing on its own equipment (purchased from Ufford) in Spring 2012.

Transparent black color with a off white head. Some lacing. Moderate in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a soft carbonation level. Semi dry texture and a decent bitterness. Coffee, roast, grapefruit hoppy and mild fruity flavor. Decent session bipa, just a bit thin body.

Cask at Kings Head in Norwich, shared with friends. Tiny beige head over a brown coloured body. Berry fruits on the nose, hints of dark malts. Blended taste dark fruits, brown malts and resinous bitterness towards the ending. Medium bodied. Pretty nice (18.02.2017).

Cask at the Kings Head, Norwich. Pours deep chestnut brown with a lasting off white head. Aroma of hop, light chocolate, dark fruit. Light sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body and slight sticky texture, carbonation is soft.

Cask hand pull at Take 5 Norwich. Clear gold lasting white head. Not great condition due to the handpump working overtime but it is a bit like Summer Lightning. OK. Honey sweetish strong golden ale

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Golden Triangle Black Hops IBA ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, wood, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, dark malt, fruity, wood, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
