Our microbrewery has a capacity of four brewery barrels and every time we brew we can produce 655 litres in each of our three fermenting vessels.

Medium sweet fruity with some citrus notes, breads toasted malty backing, bitter edged hoppy close. Decent.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Clear golden blonde with a lasting white head. Nose is mellow citric flesh, grass, light breads, melon. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, melon, bread dough, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Passable pale.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Clear golden blonde with an off white covering that dissipates in time. Nose is mellow citric flesh, tangerine, grass, airy malts. Taste comprises melon, orange peel, light breads, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest spattering of hop bitterness. Passable pale ... rather pedestrian in its approach.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Golden to light amber with an off white cap that thins to the edge. Nose is biscuit, dried fruits, light smoke, brown bread. Taste comprises stewed fruits, biscuit, grains, crackers, herb, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

12/7/2024. Cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival. Surrey rating #150. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma is fruity, musty, hedgerow, very slight mucky edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily and watery, soft carbonation. Tasted better than its aroma.

12/7/2024. Cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, flowers, vanilla, fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, watery, drying finish. Not bad.

12/7/2024. Cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear pale amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, orange, toasted, cereal, biscuit. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation.

Pours an almost clear golden colour with a small loose white head. The aroma is doughy malts, with floral hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, mango, melon and orange peel flavours with a light spicy bitterness in the finish.
