Description
Since we were established in 2014, we have grown organically from a single 100 litre brewing vessel, making small-batch craft beers for village fetes and a few local pubs, to our new 4000 square foot purpose-built state-of-the-art brewery which has a capacity of 100,000 litres of beer a month.
We have always made and will always make some of the finest craft beers in the UK.

Cask at Cosey Club, Guildford. Fruity malty aroma. Dark chestnut. Opaque. Creamy off-white head. Light bitter with a sweet and sour berry and malt streak that gains prominence. Quite cakey. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Not too bad. Pretty interesting for this brewery. A Christmas that doesn't just have a load of random spices chucked in.

Bottle from Secretts of Milford. Floral and caramel aroma with a sour edge to it. Slightly hazy amber gold. Thick fluffy white head. Medium bitter. Citrus and pepper. Some underlying malt. Light-medium bodied. On the thin side but some chalkiness to it. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. Somewhat j fair on the brewery to dismiss this as a golf. Not a classic APA but refreshing enough.

Chelmsfaaarhd winter beer festival. Cask in KEGS. Almost clear pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and has modest fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, no discernible sweetness do they impart. Wishy washy tangy citrus. Dry finish. Painfully bland and over dry to boot.
