Can at home. Black pour with a beige head. Mind illatában, mind ízében szépen keverednek a malátás, némileg földes és étcsokis jegyek a citrusos, gyümölcsös komlókkal, úgy, hogy egyértelműen ez utóbbi irány a domináns. Közepesen krémes test finom szénsavassággal, könnyen iható. Jól balanszolt sör, hozza amit a stílustól várok, csak lehetett volna némileg intenzívebb.

On tap @ Neked csak Dezso. Pours copper with thin head. Nose is grains, sweet alcohol and a touch of earthy notes. In taste it has the same notes with way too much alcohol, and nothing else really. I think something might have gone sideways here - or it’s simply not for me. 4-3-5-4-7 Bottle: shows much more, spicy, hoppy aroma with moderate booze. In taste the same notes appear with an extremely thick body. Interesting brew, and much better than from tap.

Bottle at home, huge thanks to Eszter for this. Pours deep, hazy golden with thick, white head, it looks like a NEIPA really. Nose is quite spicy and peppery and underneath these, there is the usual saison character as well. In taste, it’s more saison-y than peppery, although it has a definite spicy touch to it, which is mainly present in the finish. It has a light body and lively carbonation, and it’s easy to drink. I don’t really like saisons but the pepper gives a nice twist to this one, I for one believe that it could even be heavier on the pepper. Tasty and refreshing brew altogether.

--Canned, from Beerselection, Budapest. -- Almost clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with candyish guava. Soo bl**dy sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, marmelade and guava. No bitterness.

Can 0.33l, one year aged. Cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, citrus jelly in chocolate, touch of coffee, earthy, pine. FLAVOR- smooth, just slightly sweet, pleasantly bitter, dark chocolate, coffee, citrusy, pine, pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, touch of strawberries. Medium bodied. Very tasty black IPA.

hát ilyen kollaboráns sört se ittam még, de nem is fogok még egyszer az már egyszer biztos mindenféle szag- és ízhiba fellelhető benne egyszemélyben egyedül útóérzete dicsérhető, de van egy olyan érzésem az is csak azért mert felidézi hogy végre túlvagyok a kortyon.
