Pours brown from the bottle. Tall, foamy head that settles but lingers. Odd aroma for a porter, little chocolate or coffee, more like candied apple. Taste is sweet, with roasted flavors and notes of candy and caramel. Body is medium, carbonation moderate, good drinkability. Overall, and odd one. After being prepared to write this one off it grew on me. More like a dunkles than a porter though.

Bottle: Pale golden with orangey illusions, small but stable white head; yeasty, grainy and herbal-citrussy hoppy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, fizzy; lingering drier herbal-citrussy finish. Far better than the usual (north-) german Pilsner crap...

Pours dark brown from the bottle. A tan head slowly fades. Aroma is a subtle mix of licorice, black bread, sassafras. Taste is sweet, bready, with hints of bug spray lingering over the finish. Body is thick, gloppity, smooth. Interesting.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Doughy malty nose with cautious grainy notes and a touch of grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Doughy and yeasty malty taste with traces of cereals, hay and present grassy hoppy notes; dry, slightly mineralic and moderately hop bitter finish. Refreshing. 10.VI.18

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Very light coconut notes. Starts fine malty, sweetish, flowery... Still very light coconut notes. Finish well balanced, sweetish-malty. Not bad.

Süffiger, leicht cremig fruchtiger Hopfenantrunk. Bockig, süß hellmalzig, mild herb, der Hopfen ist nur noch hintergründig vorhanden. Süffig, etwas langweilig. 9/8/9/7/8/8

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing creamy white head; mild to moderate grainy to malty nose with traces of toasted malt, faint traces of herbal hops possibly detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, well hidden alcohol; slightly lingering malty-fruity finish with a drier herbal aftertaste. Not really great, needs some improvement...

0,25 l bottle purchased moons ago at the brewery. Pours out pitch black, small fast fading dark beige head. Fruity alcoholic smell. Taste is alcoholic, whiskey, barrel wood, fruity, some vanilla, some bitterness. Oily palate. Low to zero carbonation. You get what you expect.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild dry grainy malt, hay and some cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, dry bitter hops, mild floral hops, dry grainy bitter finish.
