0,33 l bottle bought at the brewery. Parallel testing at home in identical glasses with the Hopfenfänger pendant. Nearly black in the glass, darker than the Hopfenfänger, small one finger pale beige head. Low malty aroma, some wood elements. Taste starts malty like an Alt, but increasing toasted, soft fruity in the background. More toasted caramel in the second part. Present bitterhop. Low carbonated. Nice. Advantage Union.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewpub yesterday, drunk at home. BB 29.07.25. Golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, with an one finger white foamy head. Soft cereales aroma, caramel and citrus. Taste starts with a grainy bitterness, malt in the second row, spicy. Pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. Mid carbonated. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity and mellow, minimally bready, pale malty aroma, hints of mirabelle, a touch of brioche and protein. Taste is slightly bready-spicy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and mildly bitter hoppy, hints of mirabelle, a touch of mandarine, brioche, malty spiciness, protein, minimally metallic overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Balanced, simple, homely, profits from non-filtration - not bad.
