0,33 l bottle purchased at the brew pub. Cloudy dark copper in the glass, short living small light beige head. Christmas herbs on the nose. Tastes also like dark brown christmas cake, some malt in the second row, little bit sweetness, pepper in the aftertaste. Okay but not my kind of stuff.

Eher wenig süßer Beginn, leicht röstig malzig. Süffig, milde Herbe, Nuancen von Kakao. Die Süße steigt leicht an, der Ahornsirup ist ein wenig erkennbar. Würzig, süffig, langer Abgang, stimmig. 8/11/10/10/8/10

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 24. Cheers Mark for this! Misty deep gold appearance, white head. Aroma is grassy hop, herbal. Pronounced hoppy bitterness on initial slurp, dandelion, herbal notes, light citrus.. not an NEIPA by any stretch but fine overall, if a little overly bitter.

8th January 2024, Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five guys and loads of beers! Cheers Mark for this one, a 33cl bottle: BB 23rd March 2024. Misty dark amber, off-white crust. Not too sure it's really a NEIPA as the Rye aroma and flavour take over somewhat, nice hop bitterness too.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Starts milder than exspected, malty-spicy. Some woody hints. Light metallical touch. Finish well balanced, malty-spicy, some herbal notes. Could be a bit more balanced. Okay.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Intense spicy aroma. Notes of christmas spices. Starts mild, malty, wheaty. More and more spicy, herbal notes, some different spices. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced, again spicy-malty. Interesting one!

Bottle. Hazy ruby brown, low brown head. Intense sweet, roast, iodine. Medium body, caramel roast, sticky toffee pudding, seaweed, dry roast dark chocolate finish.
