On tap at Toms Tap, Crewe. Pours a murky pale straw with a small off-white head. There’s citrus and lemon in the aroma. In the mouth it is quite bitter but with some underlying sweetness and a soft texture. Flavour has citrus, grapefruit and mango with tropical fruits detected later. Finish is slightly bitter. This is reasonable but not my sort of beer at all.

Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a murky golden yellow with minimal off-white head and good lacing. The aroma has floral hops, melon and nuts. In the mouth it is quite bitter but with some underlying sweetness. Flavour has floral hops and grapefruit plus hints of mango and melon coming later leading to a slightly dry finish. As a beer, it’s reasonable but too much citrus influence for my taste.
