Panda at home, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 03/10/22, paired with home made (by Sharon) onion bhajis ... worked well! Clear light golden with no head. Nose is herb, light alcohol, sprucey, not the usual big honey hit, mellow honey, light sugars. Taste comprises honey, floral, perfume, sugars, light candyfloss, sultanas, light citric drizzle. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid well balanced Mead ... not overly sweet and sips easy for the big boost which is expertly masked.
