Description
Nightjar Brew Co is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed, established in 2011. This is a continuation of business – not one company going ‘under’ to re-emerge as another – same AWRS, VAT number, company number etc. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation.
But unlike a new entrant into the market, we come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, and expertise that’s mandatory for crafting a product that customers in 2018 are seeking out and expecting.

Cask at Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Black with a creamy off-white head. Has smooth crisp roasted malts with vanilla subduing this, but is not that stated - although evident enough to enjoy.

Keg @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Hazy peach-pink. Raspberry dominates but is a tad dirty in taste, and I didn't get the coconut. Its milkshake styling is weak. It's a slightly sweet brew and is a fair effort.

Cask @ Staff of Life, Cornholme. Hazy golden with a yellow thin head. It's dense citrus hoppy with more of the latter in taste and former in its nose.

Keg @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Light and fully hazed amber with a creamy head. Hoppy, there's a hint of fruit and has a nice enough texture with its strength fairly well hidden.
