Description
Nightjar Brew Co is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed, established in 2011. This is a continuation of business – not one company going ‘under’ to re-emerge as another – same AWRS, VAT number, company number etc. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation.
But unlike a new entrant into the market, we come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, and expertise that’s mandatory for crafting a product that customers in 2018 are seeking out and expecting.

Cask at the Square Chapel, Halifax. Cloudy amber with a creamy-frothy head. It has a dense strength-inflused fruitiness that dominates its hops in terms of taste, but less so in its hoppy aroma.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a glow and a small head. It's an easy session ale, crisp and clean watery with a light hoppy taste. This is more obvious in its hoppy nose.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Extremely dark with a creamy head. Has a good roasted nose, but is lesser in taste and its chocolate not really found. Its strength is obvious but not really a problem.
