Bottle. Pours clear yellow with huge white foamy head. Aroma is sweet, green apples, grain, dust, honey and lavender soap. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and medium acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly acidic from the CO2 but with notes of grain, apples and spice.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, anis seed. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, spicy bitter, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, anis seed, mint, light sweet yeast - candy yeast, thin cough medicine.
