Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Some nice, flowery old world hops. Rich, malty body, a little caramel and nuts, a hint of cocoa even before some solid late, bittering hops. Not overly sweet, well crafted and just right. 210219

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze - a VERY dark Pilsner indeed - with a creamy and fairly stable, off-white head. Sweet and fruity nose, malty, plummy. Medium body, initially feels malty sweet, but actually isn't with plenty of late bittering hops, and throughout all these flowery and fruity notes. A clean and crisp Pilsener it's certainly not, but it's kinda fun in a flower power kinda way. 210219

Bottle at Restaurant Fynboen. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Spicy (slightly soapy) aroma of coriander with a touch of bready malt. Sweetish fruity and spicy flavour. The beer is pretty boring, but flawless, and excellent company for the restaurant take on fish & chips
