Draft. An unclear red beer with a huge brown beer. The aroma is ver sweet and very malty combined with light notes of caramel. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of wheat as well as medium notes of alcohol, that tickles the tongue, and notes of caramel, and light noted of cloves and a burnt edge. The finish is dry wheaty. A bit overcarbonated for my liking.

On tap. Cloudy orangey brown with a tall, dense and fairly stable beige head. Fat, sweetish banana aroma. Quite full-bodied with intense banana accents and phenols. Lightly sweet. No real bitterness but some alcohol present in the finish. Good and solid if somewhat unspectacular Weizenbock. 260109
