Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours an almost clear, reddish to orange body under a minimal beige head. Sweet, malty nose with dried fruits, some caramel and vague hints of cooked vegetables. The flavor is sweet, with dried fruits, alcohol notes, some hints of dms, and toffee. Sticky-sweet mouthfeel, warming and full-bodied. Alcohol and dried fruits in the finish. A slightly unclean beer, decent it is, but there’s not much weizenbock-ish about it. 090720

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some sourness, wood and mild herbal notes. Flavour is sour wood, sweet malts, some wheat as well as flowery hops. Mild yeasty notes as well. Kind of like Hefeweizen is meeting an IPA. Lovely and refreshing.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, caramellish nose. Medium body with sweetish cramel, yet the finish is dry and a little sulphurous. 120609
