Gravicask, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Coast to Coast Bar. Near-clear golden body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Inviting smell of ripe citrus. Tropical fruity flavours alongside moments of oily hops and malty sweetness beneath. Lingering malt-fruity finish. A bit heavy to drink. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Third day of the festival 24.01.2020).

26/1/2020. Cask sample from Manchester Beer Festival courtesy of danlo and SHIG. Cheers! Pours pale gold with a small bubbly head. Aroma of malt, fruit, caramel, biscuit and toast. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Gravity dispense at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Slightly hazy pale gold colour, bubbly white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of woody hop. Taste is malt, grain, zesty tropical fruity, with citrus, pine, woody hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, toffee, a bit messy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
