Can. Light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head that doesn't hang around. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts, a nice light sweetness. Obvious if slightly watery lime goes fairly well with some cooling pine. The salt only comes through as a very light saline towards the light finish. Goes down fine when yer hot and thirsty but for me could be bolder in all departments.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from HB&B online. Pours unclear grapefruit pink with a fizzy white head. Quite clean and refreshing, with moderate passionfruit character, more background raspberry, some salty bite, decent acidity, a little lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly drying. Solid.

Can. Opaque black- brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and slightly thin dark malts, semi sweet. Touch of chocolate fudge. Esters, not welcome. Modest Amaretto. Some spice on the fairly thin finish. Doesn’t quite get over the line. It’s trying to be refined when it should try to be delinquent!
