Can from Stefan: pours opaque yellow haze with white head. Aroma is pineapple, some mango, generally on the smoother tropical side. Taste is juicy, somewhat tangy. Retains a little bit of bite and has some bitterness tat the finish. This was an enjoyable beverage.

Pint can. Pours a clear yellow gold color with a medium sized white head that has fair retention. The aroma is strong with fresh lush citrus--i get guava, pineapple, and sweetened grapefruit. The taste is dominated by the guava with some pine and other tropical fruits filling in the back and sides. Bitterness is medium (for an IPA). The palate is full and oily with soft carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter pine. Overall: Decent IPA, it really showcases what can be done with the mosaic hop.

16 oz. can, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice bright tropical citrusy hops, piney hops, and a touch of tropical notes – very dry and bitter though. Flavour is vibrant in the hop department, with lots of bright citrusy hops, bright pine, and a touch of tropical melony notes. Bright, clean, bitter. Excellent.

473mL can. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Dank oils, pine, and a touch stonefruit on the nose. Flavour is similar: lots of pine, tropical citrus and melon, solid hoppy bite. This has a very nice, clean hop character. Fantastic.

bomber bottle. pours an opaque black color with a small khaki colored head that soon dissipates t a fine ring. T he aroma is strong with whiskey barrel, anise and chocolates. Taste, like the aroma, has whiskey barrel in the forefront; followed by licorice, baking chocolates and bitter walnuts. The palate is full and viscous with soft carbonation. Finishes long and semi-sweet with lingering bitter black licorice. Overall: decent RIS--paired superbly with some English cheddar.
