Pint Can. Pours a translucent gold color with a medium sized white head that has good retention. The aroma is strong with mixed fresh citrus. The taste features guava, melons and grapefruit. Moderate bitterness provided by the grapefruit. The palate is a decent malty backbone with breads and some caramel. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Decent APA. Drank two cans of this--one out of a glass and one from the can. Oddly, the one drank directly from the can was more delicious. Offhand I'd say from the can this is a 4.5 but from the glass a 3.5. As a compromise I'm giving it a 4.0 paired well with some chips.

Hazy yellow with a foamy, white head. Pineapple aroma, candied orange peel. Taste is bitter the whole way through, particularly at the finish which takes on an almost acrid note, and yet still manages to feel refreshing. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Not a great deal of nuance, but a clean, well executed IPA with a crisp finish.

Pint can. Clear golden pour with a medium white hear that has fair retention. The aroma is big with Grapefruit, limes and pineapple. The taste features more grapefruit, melons, some bitter guava and lime pith. Bitterness is moderate. The palate is a bit on the lighter side and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long and very dry with lingering citrus pith. Overall: Decent brew.

Gold with a creamy, white head. Aroma a mix of pine, citrus and spruce with nothing at the forefront. Taste is bitter the whole way through. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Kind of pedestrian. Ok.

16 oz. can from Molly's Spirits in Lakeside, CO. Pours a crystal clear dark ruby color with a tight beige head and very good retention. Good lacing too. Dark roasted aroma. The taste follows the nose: Sweet dark roasted malt flavor throughout, with maybe some chocolate in the finish. Borderline Schwarzbier. Medium+ body. Medium-light carbonation, just enough to keep it lively but not fizzy. Not bitter. Silky smooth mouthfeel. A really good porter.

Drunk at Bonnie’s house on New Year’s Eve 2023. Gold with a frothy, white head. Literally has a tortilla chip aroma with a touch of caramel sweetness underneath. Mildly sweet up front, faint bitterness at the back. Clean. Simple.

Drunk at Bonnie’s house on New Year’s Eve 2023. Pale ale flavored with coffee and lactose. Gold with a frothy, white head. Coffee aroma. Roasted grains. Gentle dough-like sweet tones. Taste is bitter, a mix of cacao and coffee. Lingering coffee with faint vanilla. Feared a gimmick, but this was pretty good.

16oz can pours out hazy copper topped with a fizzy head. Nose is big jammy strawberry notes and a wet wheat sour tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries with a balanced sour tart kick.

Rich, black, just a thin head. Lots of liquorice, molasses on the nose. Super rich, powerful burnt sugars, lots of bitterness, robust bourbon in the finish, too. Excellent.

Hazy and a dullish pale amber. Lots of bitterness but lacking hop brightness. Malts are a touch sticky. A bit herbaceous. Not hitting for me.
