Appearance is opaque orange-yellow (pure juice) with tons of sparkle at the edge of the glass, finger-width white pillow of foamy head with decent retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is strong from the moment you open the can--sweet orange citrus (like fresh-squeezed orange juice) with bready malt backdrop. Taste is strong, sweet orange citrus with background bread dough, late hint of herb. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and sweet finish as taste with only a hint of bitterness. Overall, unapologetically sweet orange citrus but not cloying. Lacks complexity but a strong representative of the style. A tad overcarbonated.

Got in a trade with brutalfarce. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours opaquely hazy/cloudy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, light peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.4%. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel, not aggressive. Awesome Citra profile. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected. Tons of sweet jammy fruit complexity from the hops.
