Description
It’s safe to say that we like beer. In fact we like beer so much that we started our own brewery and it’s an employment requirement that everyone who joins our team is also passionate about beer. Obviously we’re a business so we have to make a profit each year so we can carry on working in the industry we love. We do that by making the best beer that we can.

Gravity dispense at EBF ’24, 04/08/16. Pale golden blonde with a rather limited head. Nose is citric sherbets, tangerine, straw, orange pith. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, citric kissed straw, toasted bread, light malt bill. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light citric driven hop bitterness. Ok cask sessioner.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear orange golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, quite nicely hoppy, hop bitter finish with a nice slight hint of pine. Didn’t start out so great but in the end I quite like it.

A golden ale with some American hops. Not very interesting. Try some Proc; TH or something on the East Coast before attempting this style.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Hoppy ale that feels stronger in its body and taste than it probably should. Nevertheless its a sturdy golden ale.

Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton. It pours black with a thick tan head. The aroma is sweet, rather fruity, jammy berry, fruit compote, toffee, vanilla, toasted marshmallow and Dandelin & Burdock. The taste is smooth, rich roasted malt, coffee, earth, berry fruits, sasparilla, wood, leather, peppery spice, charred wood with a dry, roasted finish. Medium + body and fine, foamy carbonation. Interesting and flavoursome. Nice stuff.
