Description
Focussing on "the good side of life" is what Big Belly Brewing is all about. We love things a little bigger, going the extra mile, adding something special, being more creative. But above all, we love things in life that are a bit more fun.

All our beers are well balanced and made with premium "The Swean" malts, so we get the full, distinctive beers that we are proud of. After coming up with a special touch, we design a legendary character for every beer. Finally, we write and add an amusing story about the character and the beer. That's how we make one of the most fun things, drinking beer, even more fun.

Aroma has sweet vanilla and maybe some hazelnut and toasted brioche. Flavour is predominantly sweet and quite one dimensional. Lacking roastiness and bitterness. Nice thick texture.

Pale hazy blond colour with thin wispy head. Aroma and flavour have crisp citrus and juicy fruit notes. Ideal thirst quencher given the rounded bitter finish.

33cl bottle from Beer Republic. Poured orange in color, some haze. Not your typical NEIPA. Juicy, canned fruits, some fatigue showing. Light bitterness. Ok.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 17.02.2022 Aroma has licorice, alcohol. Flavour has licorice, cinnamon, some alcohol and liquor. Also chocolate. Good but not great; the alcohol is a bit too sharp here.
