On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. Fruity aroma, piney and peppery, with grass and a nice maltiness. It's medium bodied and crisp, dry and nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Fruity flavor, piney and very lightly peppery, with a nice bready, malty backdrop. Some metallic notes in the finish. Quite nice this one. 240711

Uklar amber med offwhite topp som forsvinner raskt og legger seg rundt kanten. Aroma; koriander, karamell, sitrus, kanel, appelsin- skall, urter. 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Odda. ABV is 5.2%, IBU 10. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, butterscotch and seaweed. Flavour with the same elements, also hints of yellow plums. Minimal bitterness.

Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear, golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has loads of green apple peel, with a light generic fruityness and some pale malts. It's a bit thin on the palate, with a low carbonation level, semi-dry. Green apple peel dominates the flavor too, with some pale malts, bread and hay in the back. Medium length finish. Except the copious amounts of green apple peel, it's a decent pilsner. 230707
