Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear, golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has loads of green apple peel, with a light generic fruityness and some pale malts. It's a bit thin on the palate, with a low carbonation level, semi-dry. Green apple peel dominates the flavor too, with some pale malts, bread and hay in the back. Medium length finish. Except the copious amounts of green apple peel, it's a decent pilsner. 230707

Fiskåbanen 180223. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is raspberries, chocolate, roasted malt. Flavor is raspberries, coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, pine, yeast, herbs. A little bit weird.

Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grains, some bready malts with mild floral tones. Flavour is bready malts, some floral and herbal tones with some mild yeasty elements too. Not all too bad.

Bottled (From Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some floral, mild wheat and yeast to it. Flavour is caramel, some tart fruits, mild yeast as well as some mild spiciness.
