Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. Some lacings. It’s fruity and lightly malty, with some sugary hints. Some cellary hints too. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Medium body. Some citrus in the flavor, with pale malts, a generic fruityness and some flowers. Decent bitterness. Cellar. Lasting bitter and fruity finish. Not bad, but a bit weird, and not my kind of saison. 150411

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of pepper and hops, with notes of malt and citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish notes of malt and fruit and notes of yeast. Medium to high carbonation. Estery and bitterish aftertaste. Okay for the style.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, with some funky and corianderlike notes and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric notes and a good deal of grain. Touches of coriander. Bitter and citric aftertaste. Drinkable but more interesting than good.
