Motel Reinickendorf, 4,8 %, 33-cl-Dose vom Flaschbierschop. - Helles Goldbraun, gut trüb; äußerst kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase frische aber blasse, leicht exotisch angehauchte Zitrusfrucht. - Antrunk etwas stumpf hellmalzig-brotig mit Hefe und einer Andeutung von Karamel. Frische, angenehm zitronige aber wenig herbe Hopfung mit Hallertau Magnum and Tettnang Perle (so die Dose; die Website nennt andere Hopfensorten). Spritzig rezent, schlank. Im Abgang nur dezente zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. Etwas leerer, zart ranziger Nachtrunk. - Ohne die solide Herbe und den Tiefgang eines richtigen fränkischen Kellerbiers aber immerhin süffig und frisch. Netter Versuch. (30.3.2021.)

On tap at Brewdog Bristol during Collabfest 2018. Pours hazy straw colour, with a white head. Aroma: smoked ham, citrus, herbal, salty hints. Taste: light to moderate tart, light, dry, sour & salty citrus, then comes the smoke. Light bodied with ample carbonation.
